Estimates are guidance only

All calculators, quantities, costs and guidance are general estimates for UK landscaping work. They are not legal, planning, engineering or building-control advice. Always confirm requirements with your local authority, building control, utility providers, manufacturers or qualified professionals before ordering materials or starting work. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the figures produced.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Intellectual property

Garden Surveyor and all its content, branding, calculators and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for your own landscaping work, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it without permission. You retain ownership of the project data and content you enter, and grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on estimates, quantities or guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
