Fencing sized on a 40 m perimeter at 3.45 m mesh panels. 1 foot + 2 standard clips per panel, plus anti-tamper clips to lock the run.

Welfare is mandatory on every site (CDM 2015 Sch.2 + HSE), including domestic jobs: toilet, washing, drinking water and a sheltered rest/eat space.

Charge lithium-ion tool batteries in a ventilated steel charging station with RCD sockets. Li-ion fires self-oxygenate — an AVD extinguisher + Li-ion fire blanket are the effective cover, not CO₂/powder.

Fire cover sized on JCoP / BS 5306-8: a fire point (water/foam + CO₂) within 30 m of the works, CO₂ within 10 m of electrical risk, and 2 extinguishers at any hot-works position.

Hire lines costed across 1 week on site (5 day job).

Indicative UK trade prices, ex-VAT. Delivery, collection, fuel and servicing are charged separately — add a logistics allowance.
